SAVA Bicycles North America LIMITED WARRANTY
This Limited Warranty is a voluntary manufacturer’s warranty offered by SAVA Bicycles North America/DIAN MOTORS and applies to SAVA Bicycles products purchased in Canada after June 1, 2025.
Please ensure that you are familiar with any assembly or safety manuals provided with each SAVA Product. These contain important safety information and details about assembly, use, and maintenance.
Warranty Terms :
Any actions tied to warranty coverage will be extended through a SAVA Bicycles North America Authorized retailer only. To initiate a warranty claim, please visit your SAVA Bicycles North America authorized retailer with your complete bicycle and the dated proof of the original retail purchase. For approved claims, SAVA Bicycles North America reserves the right to either repair the product or, replace it with the same or equivalent product available at the time of the claim. All/Any items subject to this warranty consideration will be shipped directly to the authorised SAVA Bicycles North America retailer that registered the claim.
Warranty Coverage :
SAVA Bicycles North America/ DIAN MOTORS offers warranty coverage for all products manufactured by SAVA Bicycles for a limited time from the date of original retail purchase against defects in materials and workmanship when used as intended and in accordance with standards of ‘normal use’. In this case, “Original retail purchase” refers to a product that was purchased ‘new’ from an authorized SAVA Bicycles North American retailer, and has been assembled and delivered by a licensed mechanic as a complete bicycle as per the terms governing the sale and distribution of SAVA Bicycles by independent bicycle dealers.
Frames and Forks
• Paint and graphics are not included.
All SAVA branded frames and forks are covered by a lifetime warranty for the original owner against defects in manufacturing or materials deemed to impact safety and/or structural integrity. In the event of a covered defect, a similar or equivalent replacement product will be provided free of charge through an authorized SAVA Bicycles retailer, at the discretion of SAVA Bicycles North America / DIAN MOTORS.

Seatposts and Handlebars
• Paint and graphics are not included.
All SAVA branded seatposts and handlebars are covered for a period of one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase against defects in manufacturing or materials that are deemed to impact safety and/or structural integrity. A similar or equivalent product will be provided as a replacement free-of-charge to an authorized SAVA Bicycles retailer only and will be subject to the discretion of SAVA Bicycles North America / DIAN MOTORS.

SAVA Bicycles North America branded wheels
• Paint and graphics are not included.
• Components subject to wear and tear through normal use are not covered.
All SAVA branded wheels are covered by a one(1) year warranty coverage from the date of original retail purchase against defects in manufacturing or materials that are deemed to impact safety and/or structural integrity. A similar or equivalent product will be provided as a replacement free-of-charge to an authorized SAVA Bicycles retailer only and will be subject to the discretion of SAVA Bicycles North America / DIAN MOTORS.

• Components subject to wear and tear through normal use are not covered.
Exceptions : Product Use & Conditions
This Warranty coverage is valid for defects in manufacturing and materials only, and does not cover damages resulting from:
- Improper assembly or installation.
- Assembly and distribution by a non-licensed or un-insured bicycle mechanic.
- Crashing.
- Neglect, improper repair, improper maintenance.
- Use deemed abnormal, excessive, or beyond design parameters of the component or bicycle.
- Corrosion.
- Improper alteration or installation of components, parts, or accessories not originally intended for SAVA.
- Failure to perform maintenance or service at appropriate intervals.
Exceptions : Wear and Tear
Wear and tear refers to damage or changes in a component’s performance that occur as a result of normal riding. The following items are therefore not covered by this Warranty:
• Headset Bearings and parts
• Bottom Bracket Bearings and parts
• Fasteners
• Free hub parts
• Spokes
• Handlebar tape
• Brake pads, Rotors, and Hoses
• Drivetrain (Chains, Cassettes, Chain-Rings)
• Tires and inner tubes
Exceptions : 3rd Party Components
SAVA Bicycles North America / DIAN MOTORS’ warranty coverage is restricted to SAVA Bicycles manufactured items only, and does not replace any warranty coverage provided by 3rd-Party component suppliers. For warranty concerns pertaining to non-SAVA branded items such as drive-train and braking components (e.g. Shimano) and/or tires, please refer to your authorized SAVA Bicycles North America retailer or the branded documentation included with your SAVA Bicycle.

We understand accidents happen. Even if the damage is not covered by this Warranty, there may be a program available in your local market to purchase a new replacement Product at a reduced price. You should inquire with your Authorized SAVA Bicycles North America Retailer whether such a program is in place and whether you are eligible.
Disclaimer of Implied Warranties : This document constitutes the complete and exclusive warranty statement for products sold by SAVA Bicycles North America/ DIAN MOTORS. Under this warranty, SAVA Bicycles North America’s/ DIAN MOTORS liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law and shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product. Furthermore, SAVA Bicycles North America/ DIAN MOTORS shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages or losses arising from the use of the product. This limitation of liability does not apply to claims for death or personal injury resulting from negligence.
