Carbon layups are optimized for stiffness, weight reduction, vibration damping, and safety

13. What wheel and tire sizes are supported?+
Most SAVA road frames are designed for:
• 700c wheels
• Tire clearance up to 28–32mm (measured), depending on model

This allows riders to optimize setups for racing, endurance, or rougher road surfaces common in North America.
14. I want to change tires, how do I know if they'll fit?+
SAVA frames offer different tire clearance options depending upon the design. To be certain the tire you’re choosing is not too big for your SAVA frame and/or fork, follow these steps:

1. Refer to the SAVA Geometry charts for recommended maximum tire size based on frame allowance here: Sava Geo Charts
2. Install new tire on the wheel that will be used. Inflate tire to pressure
3. Using a micrometer or vernier calliper, measure the inflated tire at the widest point
4. It’s advisable to leave no less than 4mm between the sides and rolling surface of the tire and the frame/fork surfaces. Due to differences in tire brand sizing and the internal width of wheels, it is recommended that the tire be installed and measured to determine the width.

Please note too, that due to differences in wheel flex/deformation, SAVA cannot be held responsible for tires rubbing even when the measured tire size does not exceed the recommended gap. Wheel deformation can be tied to factors beyond SAVA’s control. It is recommended to have spoke tension checked yearly. If you are unsure if your wheel and tire system meet the recommendation, please check with your SAVA retailer and/or add +1-2mm per side to the frame clearance allowance.
15. Is internal cable routing supported?+
Yes. SAVA frames feature full internal cable routing, compatible with both mechanical and electronic shifting systems. This improves aerodynamics, aesthetics, and protection from external elements.
